Uldrix ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Data We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to provide our service:
- Email address — collected when you join our waitlist or sign up for an account.
- Voice conversation data — audio and transcripts generated during voice sessions with the Uldrix AI assistant. This data is processed in real time to power the conversation.
- Usage data — basic information such as session timestamps and feature usage, collected to improve the product.
We do not collect payment information directly — that is handled by our payment processor.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To operate and deliver the Uldrix voice assistant service.
- To send you product updates, announcements, and your welcome email via Mailchimp.
- To improve the quality and accuracy of our AI models over time.
- To respond to support requests or questions you send us.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate Uldrix. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
- ElevenLabs — processes voice audio to generate and stream AI speech. Audio may be transmitted to ElevenLabs servers. See elevenlabs.io/privacy.
- Mailchimp (Intuit) — stores your email address and manages waitlist and transactional emails. See intuit.com/privacy.
- Anthropic (Claude) — may be used to power AI reasoning within the assistant. See anthropic.com/privacy.
- Vercel — hosts this website and serverless functions. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
4. Data Retention
- Email addresses — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Voice conversation data — session audio and transcripts are not stored permanently by Uldrix. Real-time processing data may be retained by ElevenLabs per their policy.
- Usage data — retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at john@uldrix.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use localStorage (not cookies) to remember your dark mode preference. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
7. Children's Privacy
Uldrix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
